Pursuant to the Sex Offender and Child Murderer
Community Notification Law, 720 ILCS 152/101, the Antioch Police
Department maintains a list of sex offenders residing and working within
the corporate limits of the Village of Antioch. This list of offenders
is required to register under the Sex Offender Registration Act, 730
ILCS 150/2.
A complete list of all sex offenders registered in the Village of Antioch, Antioch Township, or Lake County, can be seen at http://www.lakecountyil.gov/Sheriff/communitysafety/SexOffenderRegistry.htm Anyone who uses information contained in the Sex Offender List to commit a criminal act against another person is subject to criminal prosecution. |
