Sex Offender Information      
         
  Pursuant to the Sex Offender and Child Murderer Community Notification Law, 720 ILCS 152/101, the Antioch Police Department maintains a list of sex offenders residing and working within the corporate limits of the Village of Antioch. This list of offenders is required to register under the Sex Offender Registration Act, 730 ILCS 150/2. A list of sex offenders is being offered on this web site as a public service.

This list contains the names of registered sex offenders who reside only within the corporate limits of the Village of Antioch.

A complete list of all sex offenders registered in the Antioch Township, Lake County, or the State of Illinois can be seen at http://www.isp.state.il.us/sor/

Although every effort is made to keep this list current and accurate, the Police Department cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information. Offenders may have moved and failed to notify law enforcement as required by law. You may contact the Antioch Police Department for verification of an offender's status.

Anyone who uses information contained in the Sex Offender List to commit a criminal act against another person is subject to criminal prosecution.
